| Several members of the Hornbeck Search and Rescue Team have not only been willing to train to become excellent searchers, but a few have taken it one step further and become instructors and evaluators for different SAR related training groups. One of the primary groups that we work with is NASAR. NASAR ( National Association for Search and Rescue ) is a nationally recognized training program for the Search and Rescue community. We are very pleased that we have dedicated volunteers that offer their time to help expand the trained SAR personnel pool in the Midwest. Here is a current list of courses our members can teach as well as those certifications classes we can be the evaluators for. |
